Which payment methods do you offer?
We offer payment by Card payment (onepay), koko payment plan, Cash on Delivery and Direct Bank Deposits.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days and handed over to the delivery team .
Our delivery team will then deliver within 1 -3 working days.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately orders cannot be cancelled after placed.
Can I add products on to my order once it is completed?
Unfortunately, we are not able to add products to the order once it is completed.
What do I do if my order arrived with a damage?
Please send us a message on whatsapp or Instagram with a photo of the damage as soon as you have received the damaged order. We will contact the delivery personnel and provide a replacement within 7 days of delivery. Herbal Healing reserves the right to deny unreasonable requests at our discretion.

Are all the products made with medicinal extracts or fruits?
We focus on formulating products which contain many natural fruits and vegetable extracts as they provide a much healthier and cleaner impact on our skin compared to harsh chemicals.
