If your order is received with a damage, please send us a message on whatsapp or Instagram with a photo of the damage as soon as you have received the damaged order. We will contact the delivery personnel and provide a replacement within 7 days of delivery.

We unfortunately currently do not provide refunds or returns/exchanges.
